adSails features an internal rate system called Rational Rates. Designed to simplify complex pricing structures, it produces virtual rates based on settings in an internal control panel. This control panel allows managers to respond easily to market or inventory changes. The AE does no calculations, and managers can instantly review proposals and orders for approval by looking at percentage of rate card.

Through implementation of the Rational Rate system, AEs and management saved at least 10% of their time and got a more responsive—and profitable—rate card. Problem.
